Our policy is to store items for 28 days before we donate it to local charities.

We have multiple bars and lounge areas on each floor to enjoy food and drinks prior to your booking and you're welcome to explore the entire venue after your booking. We recommend you arrive half an hour before your game start time to grab a drink, get settled in and make the most of your time here. You are encouraged to stay and explore as long as you like!

We do, however we do have some restrictions on hours during which they can be held and package options for these types of events.

Ballers Clubhouse requires patrons to dress in smart casual clothing. Some items are considered unacceptable including gym wear, steel cap boots, thongs, beachwear etc etc - you get the drift! Management reserves the right to refuse entry if our dress code is not adhered to, or your attire or attitude is deemed inappropriate.

We are able to host minors in the venue prior to 7pm as long as each child is accompanied by a parent. After 7pm minors are not permitted.
