What happens with lost property?

Our policy is to store items for 28 days before we donate it to local charities.

What is the best parking and transport?

There is on street parking in the CBD and a range of paid garages in our vicinity but we encourage guests to catch public transport (Tram to Russell Street Stop #7 and our closest train stations are Melbourne Central and Parliament) There are bicycle racks available nearby at the corner of Russell St and Little Bourke St.

Do you have wheelchair access?

The answer is Yes, we do have a couple of steps at the entrance off Coverlid Place, we have ramp available if needed, once upstairs via the lift the whole 2nd and 3rd floor are accessible with bathrooms available on both levels, unfortunately the VR room is located down stairs on a mezzanine level so might be out of reach for some.

Do I need to bring anything?

Your game face, we will sort everything else for you! We provide all your game play equipment, it is cleaned and disinfected between each use. If you have a favourite Ping Pong racket or alike you are of course free to bring it with you.

Can I book outside of your trading hours?

Yes. Tell us what you're wanting and we will cater as best we can. The more baller the better.

Can you cater for conferences?

Yes. We have plenty of spaces suitable for meetings and conferences and have a range of packages and fun activities to engage your group. For more information, contact us at [email protected]

Can I book the entire venue like a real baller?

Do you have AV capabilities?

Yes. Most of our private spaces have AV capabilities, and we can organise anything extra you may need.

Do you offer bespoke catering?

Yes. While we have set catering packages, you are certainly not limited to these options - the sky is the limit! We can cater to all dietary requirements, just ensure you let your event manager know. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss further.

Is there a minimum spend?

All of our private rooms have a minimum spend and these vary from time to time and depend on the space. For more information contact [email protected].

Do you do bespoke bookings?

Yes. You can book anything from a table tennis table to the entire venue for a special event. Get in touch and let's play ball! What can I do before and after my booking?

We have multiple bars and lounge areas on each floor to enjoy food and drinks prior to your booking and you're welcome to explore the entire venue after your booking. We recommend you arrive half an hour before your game start time to grab a drink, get settled in and make the most of your time here. You are encouraged to stay and explore as long as you like!

Do you hold hens and bucks parties?

We do, however we do have some restrictions on hours during which they can be held and package options for these types of events.

Can I attend if I am a minor?

We are able to host minors in the venue prior to 7pm as long as each child is accompanied by a parent. After 7pm minors are not permitted.
