What a cool venue! So much fun to be had with darts, shuffleboards, ping pong and so much more. We organised this venue for a team building event and it did not disappoint! Amazing service from the friendliest team, delicious food, and great drinks, all whilst having loads of fun with an array of entertainment. We will 100% be back thank you for the best time.

We all had an awesome night at our mid year party. It was awesome to build realms within our work place and use it as a team building experience. Matilda and Byron made our night as they were very attentive and looked after our needs throughout the night. 5 stars from us and I would definitely return and recommend to others.
There was a wide selection of canapés to choose from for my event and all of the plates were practically empty in minutes. I was in 'The Library' for my event and it was a fantastic space for 25-30 guests. The darts and neo shuffle had mini games that people rotated throughout the whole night. And the staff on were absolutely incredible. Very welcoming and assisted in creating the fun atmosphere.

Do you offer payment plans?›
Yes, we understand the importance of flexibility. We can accommodate multiple payment installments to help ease the financial commitment. Please note that full payment is required prior to the event. Your event manager will create a payment plan that suits your preference.
Are there vegetarian or special dietary options available?›
Absolutely! We cater to most dietary needs and preferences. Our culinary team will work with you to ensure that all guests, including vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions, have delightful dining options during the event.
Can we request specific entertainment or themes for our event?›
Certainly! We welcome your ideas and preferences for entertainment and themes. Our team will collaborate with you to bring your vision to life and create a memorable event that aligns with your desires.
Is there a space hire fee, and how does the minimum spend work for events and functions?›
Yes, while we offer complimentary space hire, a minimum spend is applicable for all events and functions that require service and catering. The minimum spend applies to both food and beverage.
Can we make changes to the package after it's booked?›
Yes, you can adjust your package after booking. Final booking amendments including food and beverage selection, needs to be made ten days prior to the event. We recommend discussing any modifications with our events team to ensure a seamless experience and that all your needs are met.
What is the cancellation policy for the end of year function package?›
We understand that plans may change. In the case that your events need to be cancelled, the following terms are applicable depending on when the cancellation is made.
- If you cancel within 28 days, you will incur a loss of 50% of the total amount paid or the deposit.
- If you cancel within 14 days, you will incur a loss of 100% of the deposit.
- Non-appearance without written notification will not be applicable for a refund.
All cancellations must be provided in writing to Ballers Clubhouse. No credits will be given for a change of mind. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Ballers Clubhouse will make every effort to accommodate but makes no promises. If the event is cancelled due to government enforced closures, or in relation to a national health issue, or due to reasonable response to the Coronavirus (Covid19) your deposit will be carried over to a new date (as determined by you) or may be refunded at management's discretion.
