What is the cancellation policy for the end of year function package?›
We understand that plans may change. In the case that your events need to be cancelled, the following terms are applicable depending on when the cancellation is made.
- If you cancel within 28 days, you will incur a loss of 50% of the total amount paid or the deposit.
- If you cancel within 14 days, you will incur a loss of 100% of the deposit.
- Non-appearance without written notification will not be applicable for a refund.
All cancellations must be provided in writing to Ballers Clubhouse. No credits will be given for a change of mind. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Ballers Clubhouse will make every effort to accommodate but makes no promises. If the event is cancelled due to government enforced closures, or in relation to a national health issue, or due to reasonable response to the Coronavirus (Covid19) your deposit will be carried over to a new date (as determined by you) or may be refunded at management's discretion.
Is there a space hire fee, and how does the minimum spend work for events and functions?›
Yes, while we offer complimentary space hire, a minimum spend is applicable for all events and functions that require service and catering. The minimum spend applies to both food and beverage.
Can we make changes to the package after it's booked?›
Yes, you can adjust your package after booking. Final booking amendments including food and beverage selection, needs to be made ten days prior to the event. We recommend discussing any modifications with our events team to ensure a seamless experience and that all your needs are met.
